As Energy prices currently fluctuate, it is difficult to know what to do.  At Lectec Ltd we are here to help you move forward and to try to assist you in reducing your Energy Bills with the installation of Solar Panels and possibly Battery Storage. 

Searching for the right Solar PV Installer can be a minefield.  At Lectec Ltd we understand this and want to make the process as stress free as possible.  We are there to help you through the whole process.   We recommend you use an MCS Accredited Installer, at Lectec Ltd we have this Accreditation. 

Unfortunately, there is not a one price fits all solution regarding Solar Panels.  Each property is different, each client has different requirements which results in each client needing a different system.  However, at Lectec Ltd we are here to help make the process as easy as possible.  We are the Designer, Installer and provide the after care, ensuring the process from start to finish and beyond is under one roof.

Solar panels work during daylight, even when it's cloudy or overcast, as they use light, not heat, to generate energy. They don't need direct sunlight, although they'll produce the most electricity when it's sunny.  

Solar panels allow households and businesses to generate their own electricity, which reduces their dependence on grid electricity. This can lead to substantial savings on energy bills.

The Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) allows solar panel owners to sell excess electricity back to the grid. This provides an additional income stream and further offsets energy costs.   To qualify for the SEG utility providers will require a copy of your MCS Certificate.  This is something that can only be provided by an MCS Installer.  Lectec Ltd are Accredited with MCS and can therefore provide you with this Certification.
